About AI Design Kits

AI Design Kits is a small, independent project about using AI in real product design work — not as a toy, but as a reliable part of the process.

Why it exists

Most AI advice for designers is either too generic ("just ask ChatGPT") or too technical. We collect workflows that actually hold up in daily work: research synthesis, UX writing, critique, specs and handoff.

What you'll find here

• A free library of prompts and skills, each with a clear structure, usage notes and the model it works best with.
• Practical kits — structured, self-paced workflows with templates, checklists and worked examples.

Our principles

• Practical first. Every prompt is meant to be used on a real task today.
• Honest about limits. AI output needs a designer's judgement; our materials show where to check.
• Model-agnostic. We note which models work best, but the methods transfer.
