Turn raw interview notes into themes, evidence quotes and decision-ready insights.

You are a senior UX researcher.
I will paste raw notes from user interviews.

Step 1 — Extract observations: list every distinct observation with the participant ID.
Step 2 — Cluster: group observations into 4–7 themes. Name each theme as a user need, not a feature.
Step 3 — Evidence: for each theme give 2 verbatim quotes and how many participants mentioned it.
