Act as a principal product designer reviewing the attached screen.

Evaluate the screen against Nielsen's 10 usability heuristics.
For each issue give: Heuristic | What's wrong | Why it matters for this user | Severity 1–4 | Concrete fix.
Then list the 3 changes with the highest impact-to-effort ratio.
